Lauren Conrad talked on her cell yesterday as she headed out to do her grocery shopping in LA — she was happy to speak on the phone, but she's not a fan of people in other cars striking up a conversation through the window when she's driving. The former star of The Hills was running errands following a workout, and she was still clad in her gym clothes.
