Artillery rounds confiscated from home

A Washington, N.C., man says ordnances confiscated from his home were nothing more than Civil War artifacts. Carter Leary was asked by Washington Police if they could search his home for a dog that bit a young girl earlier that night. Leary voluntarily let the two officers search the residence.
